Limited lifetime warranty

We stand behind every Ring + Grove ring with a limited lifetime warranty on our durable clearcoat finish.

What's Covered

• • Free touch-ups for day-to-day wear and tear
• • Small scratches, nicks, dings, dents, or chips
• • Clearcoat damage

Structural Repairs

If the clearcoat is ruined or the ring is damaged beyond day-to-day wear, the repair fee is $100.

What's NOT Covered (The Limited Part)

• • Personally engraved rings cannot be exchanged
• • Loss of the ring
• • Size changes due to hand swelling or weight gain
• • Cracks or breaks from impact
• • Damage from misuse or manufacturing defects not our fault
• • Exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, adhesives, salt water, acetone, hand sanitizer)
• • Damage from lack of maintenance

Resizing Policy

We offer free resizing up to 1/2 size up or down. For resizing larger than 1/2 size, a new ring is remade at 50% of the retail value, and you keep the original ring.

Return Policy

Each ring is made to order. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the ring is not right for you. To return a ring, it must be in perfect condition as received.

No Returns Accepted On:

• • Rings with modifications to the design
• • Rings with engravings
• • Rushed orders
• • Rings wider than 8mm that have been worn

Cancellation Fee

30% of the retail value if cancelled 7 days or more after the sale.
